Navitas Solar to Invest ₹1,500 Crore in Gujarat for Solar Cell Manufacturing Facility

Surat: Solar equipment manufacturer Navitas Solar on Tuesday announced plans to invest around ₹1,500 crore in the state to establish a 3.6 GW high-efficiency solar cell manufacturing facility, along with a pilot wafer and ingot production line. The proposed facility will be set up at Navitas Solar's Ankleshwar campus and will mark the company's entry into solar cell manufacturing.
